- Your warranty card must be valid within 1 year period
- Your warranty seal sticker must be on the powerbank
What is in our warranty policy?
- All genuine PINENG Powerbank comes with 1 year warranty.
- All product warranty includes technical support for any suspected malfunction of the PINENG Powerbanks.
- All faulty PINENG Powerbank that is beyond repair by after sales support team will be replaced by a brand new PINENG Powerbank (same model variant).
- All warranty will be handled by the authorized distributor, M2 Trading Sdn Bhd
- All free gifts and accessories are not covered by the warranty policy.
- All PINENG Powerbank purchase from re-seller are not covered by the warranty policy.
